Jewellery Photography and Descriptions
All items of jewellery are handmade and therefore items shown may differ slightly from item purchased in colour and/or size. We try and ensure that all items details and descriptions as they appear on this website are correct but errors may occur. This does not affect you statutory rights.

All the materials and content of this Website is owned by Sarah-Jane Jewellery. Use or reproduction is prohibited. All photography and jewellery designs are the copyright of Sarah-Jane Jewellery. All rights reserved.
Pricing
Please be aware that all prices include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. Despite our best efforts it is possible that some products listed on our site maybe incorrectly priced. If we discover there is a pricing error we will contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. We will notify you via email.
Ordering
On placing an order you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it, you will receive a second email to confirm acceptance and dispatch of your order. The contract between us will only be made when you are sent this email to confirm acceptance and dispatch of goods. Only the items listed in the email as being dispatched will be included in the contract. Payment will be processed and taken at the time of ordering, this is not an order acceptance from us.
Each piece of jewellery is individually made to order and can take between 3-10 days to produce, however if the piece is in stock it will be sent out for delivery on the same day or the following business day, you will receive an order acceptance and dispatch email once the item/s have been posted.
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days, this needs to be via an email to [email protected] directly, we will reply with information on returning the items. Sarah-Jane Jewellery is not responsible for return postage charges, or any items lost or stolen in transit.
Payment
If you wish to order from this website you will be required to set up a PayPal account. Credit card information is not stored on this website, your payments are handled by PayPal. PayPal accept payment via Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Maestro. We do not accept Cash or cheques for payment on this website. All transactions will be in pounds sterling.
Delivery
All care is taken to send out each piece in perfect condition and are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery, any unsigned parcels will be returned to your local sorting office for collection. Once posted your parcel aims to be delivered in 1-3 working days. Please allow for Bank Holidays and/or busy times of the year.
Returns
For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your items and would like to return the item for refund you must first contact Sarah-Jane Jewellery directly by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Earrings cannot be returned and are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. Items to be returned must be in original packaging and in a fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please email [email protected] for any items found to be faulty or damaged in transit on how to return, these items will be inspected on return, any items found damaged by wear and tear or accidental damaged will not be refunded - these can however be repaired; an additional fee for repair and return postage will be chargeable. Sarah-Jane Jewellery is not responsible for return postage charges, or any items lost or stolen in transit.
Any refunds will be credited to the original payment card used, postage charged cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We cannot make exchanges on any items, the items must be returned and refunded and another items ordered separately.

We are committed to keeping your information secure. Information held is used to contact you, dispatch goods and for internal record keeping. These items include Name, Contact details including Email address. We may use this information to improve our products and services, we may periodically send out promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we feel you may find interesting using the email address you have provided, if you wish to opt out of any marketing information please email to unsubscribe. This website is hosted by Big Cartel please refer to their terms and conditions for information which they may hold. If you feel that any information we are holding is incorrect or incomplete please email so that it can be corrected.
Security
We try to ensure that your information is secure via passwords, physical and electronic security and procedural safeguards, however "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet cannot make guarantees. Third parties may unlawfully intercept or access private communications. This website contains links to other websites, once you have used these links to leave the site we cannot be held responsible for your privacy or protection. Please look to the privacy statement of the website in question. Sarah-Jane Jewellery do not sell information to third parties. You may request details of personal information which we hold on you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable, if you would like a copy of any information held please contact us.
Conduct
You must not misuse this website, transmit materials which are malicious, cause harm, disrupt affect negatively or inhibit others users from fully enjoying the website. You must not compromise the security or attempt to circumvent any features or services that you are not authorised to access, spam or solicit other users. You will not post content that contains pornography, graphic violence, threats, hate speech or incitement to violence. You may not use the website or services to violate or infringe someone's rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property right. You have no right to use branding, logos, design, photographs, videos or other materials used in this website; you cannot copy, archive, download, upload, broadcast, perform, display, make available or otherwise use any proportion of the content.
Events out of our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including Acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central Government or competent authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.
