CLEANING

To keep your Sterling Silver purchase shiny and bright give it a clean with a silver polish cloth occasionally.  Due to the make up of Sterling Silver, Copper and Brass they will naturally tarnish.  Copper and Brass can be cleaned with a little dot of Tomato Ketchup (the acidity in the tomato will get rid of the tarnish) leave it on the item for a minute and wash off gently with warm water and pat dry with a lint free cloth. 

WEARING AND STORING

Please try to avoid spraying your jewellery with perfume or hairspray and remove when bathing or swimming (chlorine in not silver's friend).  Jewellery is not invincible it is best to remove your jewellery before bed as chains can get caught and earrings lost. Try and keep your jewellery stored separately in a nice dark jewellery box or soft jewellery pouch, to avoid tangles and scrapes.  Jewellery is made up of small parts that can cause chocking in small children, please store your jewellery items out of reach of small children and babies.  Sarah-Jane Jewellery accepts no responsibility for any injuries related to the use of its products.
